This fitness studio is great. I have been going for 9+ years. The trainers are knowledgeable and professional. The atmosphere is fun and comfortable… no judgement here. I live across town but go 3 times a week, so glad I found them.

My wife and I have been going to Fitness Temple for 5 years. We love this place! We are in the best shape of our lives and it is fun. If you aren't getting the results you want from other options check them out.

Great neighborhood gym. Comfortable atmosphere, all levels of fitness training & all ages. Rehab, physical therapy, age appropriate workouts to more intense training for whatever one’s goals are. Trainers are great. Jose, Billy, Dillon..each with their own style. Been my go to gym since it opened. Great that it’s smalller with one on one or small group training & never over crowded.

Wow!! After recovering from illness in 2020, I was looking for a trainer to help jumpstart my way back to fitness. Instead, I found a partner to help take me to my best level of fitness, while challenging me in ways I wouldn’t have done on my own. I have always exercised for life!! I am active and enjoy lots of athletic activities. Jose has helped me achieve my my best fitness, strength and balance. Not only am I able to do all the things I love with confidence at this stage of my life (surfing, water skiing, snow skiing, hiking, back packing, etc) but I have also accomplished new firsts like completing a 40 mile trail run in three days, finishing half marathons win the top of my age group and beating some of my strength goals. I am so grateful for my new fitness partner and the new personal bests to come! Thank you, Jose and Fitness Temple!

I have worked out with Jose for many years. He is great at what he does and has really pushed me to be the best version of myself. He also accommodates to my busy schedule, which is always appreciated. It is a great environment to work out in as well. Highly recommend Jose and the Studio to help you achieve your fitness goals. The best!

I started training with Jose once I graduated college and started a desk job- I was gaining weight like crazy from sitting all day! He taught me how to train, how to eat healthy, and once I got to the weight I wanted to be at how to maintain. I am able to do exercises that I never thought I’d be able to do! Jose is great, I’ve seen him for 8+ years and he is somehow still able to make new exercises on a weekly basis- The training is always different and constantly changing to what I need. I got married 3 years ago and he made sure I looked great in my wedding dress! Also, I was pregnant with my first child this past year during covid, and Jose trained me up until the week before I delivered! He’s always there to make sure I’m good, and his studio is always filled with fun and encouraging people. if you’re looking for a trainer that will stay with you though the ups and downs Jose is the one to go to!

I’ve been going to Jòse for almost a year now. He is super enthusiastic to work on my goals with me and very attentive. This is my first year power lifting and I’m making great progress! Works great with my work schedule and is so knowledgeable about building muscle safely and efficiently! Love it.

Fitness Temple is very unique, great atmosphere for working out, they always greet me with a warm welcome ❤️ their machines & equipment are great and they have just about anything you’d look for in a gym. Everything is always clean, everyone is always helpful, I love the way they work you out, my body is in a tight tone gaining muscle mass 😍 like I wanted!!! I have energy for days!! They treat you with kindness and very well forward with the right plan just for u. I highly recommend “Fitness Temple”. 💪🏼.

I have to say that Fitness Temple is one of my favorite personal training studio. Jose, the owner is not only an incredible trainer but an amazing friend. He goes above and beyond to work around your schedule and will do anything to get you in the stupid to break a sweat.I will also say that every other trainer in there is extremely nice and inviting. They answer any questions you have and will even help you out with form when your trainer isn’t watching. It honestly feels like a huge family studio which is awesome.Also, the Physical therapist Brendon and Kevin are outstanding. They will go out of there way to make sure your body is healing properly and that you’e not too tensed up. They truly Rock!Again, this studio is amazing! I’ve found my place and I’m not going anywhere. Love, love, love.
